This painting is inspired by my numerous visit to the beautiful country of Maldives.
The colour of the sea is shown in deep blue, sky blue, teal blue and cerulean blue. The shades are different showing the depths and the shallows of the sea.
The rocky beaches are sprinkled all over the atoll and they show all the different shades of browns.
Multiple layers of paints are layered to bring in the depth.
